Nonimmigrant Visas

Nonimmigrant visas allow persons to be temporarily present in the U.S. for purposes such as visiting, working, or attending school. Our services in this area include preparing petitions and applications for the following nonimmigrant visas:

  • H-1B - Persons in a specialty occupation, requires sponsoring employer and at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • L - Intra-company transferees.
  • TN - Professional workers from Canada or Mexico, limited to those professions designated by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
  • E - Treaty traders and investor visa.
  • O - Persons with extraordinary ability in sciences, arts, education, business or athletics.
  • P - Performing athletes, entertainers, and artists.
  • B1 - Visitor visa for business.
  • B2 - Visitor visa for pleasure.

Immigrant Visas

Immigrant visas are for persons intending to permanently reside in the U.S. Such visas are either employment-based or family-based. Our services in this area include:
