To reflect our commitment to our diverse group of clients, our logo is a Pacific Northwest tribal-style scales of justice. The two scales represent truth and fairness. The balance of the two symbolizes justice. It is our intent to balance truth, fairness, and the law in obtaining justice for our clients.

Billing Practices
We offer competitive yet affordable rates for the clients we serve. Our fees are commensurate with our expertise and quality of service. For most legal services, we bill at an hourly rate, and we usually require a retainer fee upon engagement of our firm. For certain personal injury or other limited cases, we bill on a contingent fee basis, meaning that we are paid a percentage of any sums we recover on your behalf. Unlike many firms, we do not charge our client for faxes, copies, long distance charges, or regular U.S. mail (with the exception of unusually large work orders).
